The Junior League of Greensboro is hosting its fourth Designer Showhouse this spring from April 14th until April 23rd, 2023. The historic home chosen for this event is located in prestigious Irving Park near the Greensboro Country Club at 902 Sunset Drive. The committee is working with recognized designers who will decorate the individual rooms in the house. For our sponsors, there will be opportunities for local, regional, and possibly national recognition via social media and print publications.
In conjunction with the funds raised through sponsorships, we will sell home tour tickets to the general public as well as tickets to special events that will take place at the Showhouse. Past Showhouses have attracted hundreds (or in the case of Adamsleigh in 2013, thousands) of people to tour the home and grounds. The funds raised by this event will support the Junior League of Greensboro’s mission as well as help sustain our community impact programs for the next three years.
Tickets are now available for the parties and house tours. Please click here to purchase yours!

History Of The House
The house was designed in 1941 by New York architect Charles C. Hartmann. Julian Price invited Hartmann to design the Jefferson Pilot building on the condition that he would stay in Greensboro. Hartmann planned commercial, institutional, and residential structures, many of which still grace Greensboro with a mix of past classical, Gothic Revival, and Art Deco motifs. Of the twenty homes Hartmann designed in Irving Park, 902 Sunset is one of the few remaining.
