The Women to Watch Leadership Training Initiative is a new program designed to develop the women of the Junior League to become leaders within the league as well as in the community. The program will train and educate Junior League members on various topics which will not only develop and sharpen leadership skills, but will also encourage personal growth. 2010 - 2011 Women to Watch Schedule Location: WellSpring Retirement Community Time: 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm Registration 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm Presentations * Lunch event time is 11:30 am – 12:00 noon registration & 12:00 noon – 1:00 pm Presentation September 28th – The Importance of Goal Setting – Joan Evans *October 5th- Topic Pending- Vicky Clarke November 8th – Small Groups (W2W Freebie) January 18th – Organizing Your Life – Dorothy Merchant February 15th – Imagine You Leading – Debbie Palat March 15th – Women in Transition – Michelle Gethers Clark
You will receive a membership card during the first W2W training. Bring this card to each of the trainings and it will be stamped showing your attendance. Members who attend 5 out of the 7 trainings offered will become graduates of W2W and will receive certificates of completion during the annual membership meeting. This program is not required for JL Members; however participation does have its benefits for graduates:
